What Our Translation Clients Say About Vanan
Watch a real client story and read verified translation reviews from Google, Trustpilot & Facebook, rated 4.9 out of 5 across 2,456+ reviews.
Readily available, helpful, and professional customer service. I had all my questions answered and my translation ordered within 20 minutes of accessing the webpage, and all via online chat. In an era of online chatbots, it was a pleasure to have a clear, efficient, communication with a human being. Aaron was excellent.
I needed to get a document translated into French. I found Vanan Online Services. My representative Vincent provided a low cost quote, handled my matter quickly, professionally, and my document was to me within 24 hours. Great job Vincent nd Great job Vanan. I have you saved in my contacts. 👍👍👍
I have been utilizing the translation services of Vanan on and off for nearly a decade now. It has been so seamless working with them. Would recommend Vanan for anyone needing documents translated from Haitian Creole and/or French to English!
Very friendly service from start to finish. I needed a certain part of my divorce decree translated and they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the final result. Also, I forgot to mention that they delivered way earlier than I expected. I highly recommend them :)))
Along with translations and transcriptions, their 3-second timecodes were especially helpful. I would recommend Vanan to anyone looking for language translations. 5 out of 5.
Experienced Spanish Translation Services With Quick Delivery
Need a Spanish document, file or recording translated for an official submission or for your readers? Spanish translation services at Vanan Services cover three kinds of work: certified document translation at $25 per page with a signed certificate of accuracy, standard document and business translation at $0.10 per word, and audio and video translation at $7 per minute. Every job is translated by a human Spanish linguist and checked by a second, for 99+% accuracy, in both directions: Spanish to English translation services for official use and English to Spanish translation services for the US Hispanic market, Latin America and Spain.
Order online from anywhere in the United States or walk into our Midtown Manhattan office; the quote is itemized before you approve it and delivery is by email, with United States Postal Service (USPS) hard copies on request. We are a Spanish translation company and agency in one: our team handles single certificates, business contracts and a clinical study report, and we also translate from Spanish into Portuguese, Italian, Estonian, Urdu, Hindi, Dutch, German, French, Japanese, Arabic and Greek. Call 1-800-230-7918 to start.
Free tools are fine for reading a message. A human translation with a signed certificate is what U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires for a foreign-language document; courts, universities and business partners set their own requirements, and if budget decides, our cheap translation page sets out the per-word options. Precision matters most in legal and medical work, where one term in a contract or a prescription carries the meaning of the document; our translators work with the destination's own terminology and flag anything unclear before delivery.

What our certification statement says
Choose a sample
Detailed & Skillful Certified Spanish USCIS Translations
A certified Spanish translation is a complete translation of the whole document, delivered with a signed certificate of accuracy stating that the translator is competent in Spanish and English and that the translation is complete and accurate. That is what USCIS asks for under Title 8 of the Code of Federal Regulations, 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3); it does not require notarization and does not license or approve translation companies, so no provider can promise acceptance. Separately, as part of our own preparation process, the translation is typed, legible text in stamps, seals and margin notes is translated, signatures and other marks are identified in place, the layout is mirrored, and the certificate carries the translator's name, signature and date.
Certified Spanish to English translation covers the records immigration, court and university offices ask for: birth certificates (acta de nacimiento), marriage certificates, death certificates, diplomas, academic transcripts (expediente académico, with the original grade scale kept; credential evaluation by World Education Services (WES) or a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) is a separate service that some institutions also require), passports, driver's licenses, divorce decrees, affidavits and powers of attorney. Certified English to Spanish translation serves consulates, dual-citizenship applications and employers abroad; our USCIS translation service page sets out the submission steps.
Rush delivery within 2 to 24 hours is available, with a dedicated account manager for multi-document sets, and single-page certified documents are delivered within 24–48 hours. Written translation from Spanish to English and from English to Spanish is handled by the same document team; Spanish subtitling for video is a separate service described in the audio section below.
Certified, notarized, sworn or apostille: which one does your office need?
| Type | What it is | Who asks for it | At Vanan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Certified translation | The translation plus a signed statement of completeness, accuracy and translator competence | USCIS, U.S. courts, universities, banks, employers | $25 per page, certificate included |
| Notarized translation | A notary public witnesses the signature on the certificate; this verifies the signer's identity, not the translation | Some courts, universities and consulates; not USCIS | $15 per page, added on request |
| Sworn translation | A translation by a translator authorized by the destination country (in Spain, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, MAEC) | Some authorities in Spain and other countries; check the receiving office's rules | Availability of an authorized sworn translator is confirmed against the receiving country's requirements; quoted per document |
| Apostille | Authentication of a qualifying public document for use abroad under the Hague Convention; not a translation | Some documents going abroad; whether it is needed, and whether it comes before or after translation, depends on the document and the receiving authority | We explain the step; the apostille itself is issued by the designated authority in the country that issued the document |
The American Translators Association explains why a notary's stamp says nothing about the quality of the translation itself.

We specialize in human Spanish translation services, from Spanish audio translation to Spanish translation for legal documents. Our official translations from Spanish to English are reviewed by a second linguist, and we provide affordable translation services for every kind of Spanish translation project, including Spanish website translation and Spanish marketing translation.
As a game translation company, we localize video game text, interfaces and dialogue for Spanish-speaking players.
Our Spanish translation agency employs translators who work in technology content daily, so your material is accurate and culturally appropriate. For businesses in Penn Station, Brooklyn, Harlem, Queens, Upper East Side, Midtown Manhattan, Bronx, Soho, Staten Island, Chinatown, and Manhattan, we provide translation services matched to your specific regional needs.
Medical work is written translation only: medical records (historia clínica), discharge summaries, prescriptions, patient consent forms (consentimiento informado) and clinical study documents, translated by medical translators and reviewed by a second. See our medical translation, medical records translation and patient consent form translation pages for document types and delivery.
Unlike word-for-word translation, Spanish translation often requires localization to adapt content culturally for Spanish-speaking audiences: idioms, humor or cultural references that do not translate directly are given an equivalent that resonates with the target audience. Trained translators at our agency are experienced in Spanish translations across these industries:
- Medical
- Legal
- Technology
- Finance
- Film & Television
- Education
- Publishing Agency
- News Media
- Marketing

Secure Spanish Legal Translation Services By Professionals
Spanish legal translation covers contracts and agreements, court documents, judgments and orders, affidavits (declaración jurada), powers of attorney (poder notarial), patents and corporate filings, in both directions, with terminology matched to the receiving jurisdiction rather than taken from a dictionary. We specialize in certified English-to-Spanish translation services for legal documents, and our document translation services from English to Spanish cover everyday legal paperwork as well.
Legal translation from English to Spanish is performed by translators who work in legal text daily and understand how a term such as fianza (bail) or demandado (defendant) changes between countries. Sworn translation from Spanish into Italian and other languages is available where the destination country requires a sworn translator, and where a court or consulate asks for a notarized certification, notarization is added at $15 per page. We sign NDAs to protect the security and confidentiality of your source material, and legal translation for law firms runs under a dedicated account manager.
Which Spanish do you need: Mexico, Latin America, Spain or US Spanish?
Choose the Spanish your readers use. Regional Spanish matters in both directions: translating into English, the translator reads the vocabulary and expressions of the source country; translating into Spanish, we confirm the target audience before starting and assign a translator from that market.
We translate Colombian, Cuban, Guatemalan, Argentinian, Nicaraguan, Peruvian, Venezuelan, Honduran, Caribbean and Puerto Rican Spanish, with translators assigned by country as well as by language pair. One example of why it matters: carro is the everyday word for car in Mexico, auto in Argentina and Chile, and coche in Spain, and a manual written with one of them reads foreign to the others.
Spanish has more than 520 million native speakers worldwide, according to the Instituto Cervantes yearbook El español en el mundo, which is why a brief that says "Spanish" usually needs a country added to it.
| Variety | Who reads it | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Mexican Spanish | Mexico, and Mexican Spanish-speaking readers in the United States | Everyday vocabulary (carro, computadora); formal usted in official text |
| Latin American Spanish, country-specific | Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Venezuela, Central America, the Caribbean | Country vocabulary; vos forms in Argentina and parts of Central America |
| European (Castilian) Spanish | Spain | coche, ordenador; vosotros forms; Spain's legal and administrative terms |
| US Spanish | Hispanic audiences in the United States | U.S. institutions, forms and measurements kept as the reader meets them; bilingual conventions |
| Neutral Spanish | One text read in several countries | Regional vocabulary and idioms kept to a minimum; pronouns and tone chosen for the intended audience |
Highly Accurate Spanish Audio Translation Services
Our Spanish audio translation services turn a Spanish or English recording into a translated transcript, priced from $7 per minute of audio; a subtitle file can be added through our Spanish subtitling service, and a translated script prepared for voice-over. We translate digital videos, films, documentaries, eLearning, interviews, podcasts and social media clips, in both directions; our audio translation and video translation pages list the file formats and delivery options.
Translators are assigned by language pair and accent, from Caribbean and Castilian to Venezuelan and United States Spanish, so the translation reads the way the speaker meant it. Delivery time depends on file length, language and audio quality, and Rush delivery within 2 to 24 hours is available. For same-language Spanish captions, transcripts and voice talent, see our Spanish captioning, Spanish transcription and Spanish voice-over services.

Based in New York, our language capabilities also span Korean, Bengali, Russian, Haitian Creole, Yiddish, Italian, Polish, and Arabic translation services, enabling businesses and individuals to communicate clearly across industries, platforms, and multicultural audiences.
